Athlete Alliance are a Western Australian business, contracted by Reds, and led by Directors, Jordan Stares and Liam Warwick, that specialise in enhancing athlete performance by providing athletes of all ages and all sports with improved physical tools to pursue their goals.
Stares, a Strength and Conditioning Coach at West Coast Eagles, partnered with Warwick, the Athletic Performance Manager at West Coast Fever, with the vision to provide the most elite training environment for athletic development outside of professional sport in WA.
The program will take place throughout the Western Australian Volleyball League season at Wesley College and Penrhos College to provide athletes with a volleyball specific program focused on injury prevention and building the strength and fitness of the most senior athletes at Reds.
Stares is excited about designing the program for Reds athletes.
“We are really excited about the opportunity to partner with Reds Volleyball. Our coaches are gearing up to develop an elite program that will be ground-breaking for volleyball in Western Australia,” Stares said.
Warwick is looking forward to partnering with Reds and commencing the program.
“Through all our conversations with Reds Volleyball we have found alignment in pursuing excellence at all levels of athletic development, we’re looking forward to working together towards a successful 2022 season and beyond,” Warwick said.
Reds Volleyball Club President, Anthony Meo, highlighted the importance of the program in helping Reds athletes and teams perform at their best.
“Athlete Alliance is an experienced and professional team who share our vision for improving the quality and performance of our State League and Division 1 program.”
