Reds is excited to announce the opening of Expressions of Interests for athletes to represent a Reds team at the Australian Junior Volleyball Championships (AJVC) in Adelaide from 11-14 July 2024. The Australian Junior Volleyball Championships is the pinnacle interstate volleyball competition for U23 and U19 athletes, which has expanded to incorporate club and association teams from Australia and overseas.
The requirements to represent Reds at these national championships include:
– For U19 male and female athletes, a requirement to be born in 2006 or later.
– For U23 male and female athletes, a requirement to be born in 2002 or later.
– A registered member and WAVL or WAVJL participant of Reds VC or Reds Junior VC.
– A registered member of Volleyball WA.
Reds encourages those athletes who wish to be selected to represent Western Australia to register and attend the Volleyball WA selection trials and dependent on the selection process, to consider the opportunity to represent Reds. These athletes are encouraged to still register an EOI for the Reds AJVC program.
