State League, State League Reserves & Division 1 Expressions of Interest
Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are now open to be selected in a Reds Volleyball Club State League (SL), State League Reserves (SLR), and Division 1 (D1) team as well as a Reds Junior Volleyball Club Division 1 (D1) team for the 2024 Western Australian Volleyball League (WAVL) season.
SL-D1 EOI PROCESS
Athletes who complete this form will have their EOI considered by the SL-D1 Selection Panel and will be invited via email to attend a Selection Training to be considered for a SL, SLR or D1 team.
INFORMATION
Athletes who attend the Selection Training will be offered a position in one of these teams for the 2024 WAVL season, or offered a position in one of our other WAVL Divisions teams.
The Selection Training Fee of $50 is a required payment for all athletes who wish to be considered and selected into a WAVL team.
2024 WAVL SEASON INFORMATION
MATCH FORMAT: State League & State League Reserves: Best of 5 set matches, untimed. Divisions: Best of 5 set matches, in a 2hr time-slot.
SEASON START: State League – Division 1 Reserves: Sunday 7 April 2024. Division 2+: Sunday 5 May 2024.
GRAND FINALS: State League: Saturday 27 July 2024. State League Reserves+: Sunday 8 September 2024.
SEASON LENGTH: State League: 15 matches + finals. State League Reserves+: 16/18 matches + finals. Division 1/D1 Reserves: 18 matches + finals. Division 2+: 16 matches + finals.
