Each individual athlete is required to purchase a 2025 PRVL Competition Membership ($40) via the form below. 

Players without a current VWA membership will be required to complete the VWA membership form through the link in the form. This membership is required to cover insurance and entry into the competition. 

Any team who has an athlete compete without a valid PRVL Player Membership or VWA membership will receive an automatic forfeit and a fine of $50 per player without a valid membership.

Please note that if you have registered through Reds Volleyball Club, you do not need to complete this membership as it is included in the Player Membership form.
