1. 2026 PRVL – Kids Competition Membership

Each player is required to complete this 2026 PRVL – Kids Competition Membership ($10 per term or $30 annual) via the form on this page in order to play in the PRVL – Kids. This PRVL – Kids Competition Membership covers a player’s individual entry into the competition, competition management and delivery of essential competition services and equipment. 

2. 2026/27 Volleyball WA Adult or U19 Gold Membership Requirement

All players are also required to obtain a 2026/27 Volleyball WA Gold or Platinum membership. This membership is required by Volleyball WA for entry into this competition.

If you do not have a minimum 2026/27 Platinum or Gold Membership, before proceeding with this 2026 PRVL Competition Membership, please complete the following form: 2026/27 Volleyball WA Gold Membership.

Players who have already obtained a 2026/27 Gold or Platinum Volleyball WA membership are not required to complete the Volleyball WA Gold Membership, but all players must still complete the 2026 PRVL – Kids Competition Membership on this page. 

Team Forfeit & Fines

Any team who has an athlete compete without a valid 2026 PRVL – Kids Competition Membership and minimum 2026/27 Volleyball WA Gold Membership will receive an automatic forfeit and a fine of $50 per player / per match, without a valid membership, from Round 2 onwards.
