Reds Volleyball Absence Form

The Reds Volleyball Association requires all athletes who compete in the Western Australian Volleyball League (WAVL) State League and Divisions competitions who miss a training session and wish to be considered for match selection on the weekend to complete the Reds Volleyball Absence Form.

All athletes are also required to submit this form for any extended absences throughout the year including for work, university, holiday or volleyball commitments.

Please read the Reds State League and Divisions Selection Policies included in the Player Handbook for further information regarding eligibility for a training exemption. Please direct any queries to players@redsvolley.com.
