1. 2026 PRVL Competition Membership

Each player is required to complete this 2026 PRVL Competition Membership ($30) via the form on this page in order to play in the PRVL. This PRVL Competition Membership covers a player’s entry into the competition, competition management and delivery of essential competition services and equipment. 

2. 2026/27 Volleyball WA Adult or U19 Gold Membership Requirement

All players are also required to obtain a 2026/27 Volleyball WA Gold or Platinum membership. This membership is required by Volleyball WA for entry into this competition.

If you do not have a minimum 2026/27 Platinum or Gold Membership, before proceeding with this 2026 PRVL Competition Membership, please complete the following form: 2026/27 Volleyball WA Gold Membership. 

• Please note, payment for your 2026/27 Volleyball WA Gold Membership will be made in conjunction with this 2026 PRVL Competition Membership and the separate form in the link above is a free form required to obtain a membership through Volleyball WA.

Players who have already obtained a 2026/27 Gold or Platinum Volleyball WA membership are not required to complete the Volleyball WA Gold Membership Form, but all players must still complete the 2026 PRVL Competition Membership on this page. 

Team Forfeit & Fines

Any team who has an athlete compete without a valid 2026 PRVL Competition Membership and minimum 2026/27 Volleyball WA Gold Membership will receive an automatic forfeit and a fine of $50 per player / per match, without a valid membership, from Round 2 onwards.
